Payment Policy
Please contact the Controllab Products B.V. with questions or
if you need information regarding the registration. In order to
receive the prices listed online, please complete and submit an
online registration form. Controllab Products B.V. will reply
with an invoice by e-mail with payment instructions.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing on company
letterhead. Cancellation requests received prior to September
1, 2006 will be processed without penalty. Cancellation requests
received between September 1, 2006 and October 1, 2006 will be
subject to a € 50 service charge. Cancellation requests received
after October 1, 2006 or no-shows are subject to the full registration
fee. All refunds will be issued after the conference.
Substitutions for the conference will be allowed at any time.
Substitutes must work for the same company as the original registrant
and payment information must stay the same.
